Cancellation Policy

• Same-day orders cannot be modified or cancelled for whatever reason because of the time frame. Your cancellation request would not be accepted from our end.
•  Same day delivery orders we take till 6:00 pm.
• Same day Midnight delivery orders also cannot be modified or cancelled for whatever reason. No cancellation request will be entertained from our side.
• Same day Midnight delivery option we take orders till 8:00 pm
• Your cancellation will be accepted when we receive it before 24 hours and we charge 0% as cancellation charges, the balance of the amount will be refunded.
• No cancellations will be accepted after 24 hours of the time of your order.
• In case you want to modify your order, we request you to give it 24 hours in advance.

We are here to serve you, but due to some unforeseen and unavoidable conditions, we may have to cancel your orders. But do not worry, before cancelling your order we get in touch with you.

Refund Policy

We do not have a return policy. But, in case if the order received by the recipient is defective or damaged you have to contact the customer care 9888997977 immediately or you can write to us at hello@sweetoo.in

Cases and circumstances in which we don’t refund:

We do not re-attempt the delivery if the recipient is not available at the location and your order will stand cancelled.No refund will be made for such cases.

When the recipient does not accept the order for whatever reason, your order will be cancelled and no refund will be made under such circumstances.

Address Modification Request

• We would accept your change in address request only before 24 hours.
• It will not be accepted after 24 hours for whatever reason, and your order stands cancelled and no refund will be made.
• Similarly, we do not refund if the sender provides the wrong delivery address to deliver the products.

In the circumstance of non-fulfilment of your entire or part of your order, under unpredictable situations, we will contact you for the replacement of your order, else your full payment will be credited back.

Your online refund amount will be directly credited back to your card bank account through which you made the payment. The refund takes approximately 7 working days or as per your bank norms.
